Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of services to residents, including meals, hygiene, medical care, and case management support.
• Recruit, train, and supervise facility staff; foster positive work culture and staff development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations and agencies to enhance services.
• Develop and implement intake and discharge procedures; coordinate with case managers to assess resident needs.
• Assist in development and management of the facility budget; monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Respond to crises or emergencies and implement emergency protocols for resident and staff safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies; prepare regular reports.
