Job summary

Clean Team in Westlake, OH is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead daily operations at a client facility, ensuring quality, safety, and presentation. You will manage cleaners, serve as the primary on-site contact, and drive service excellence within budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and provide ongoing support to a team of cleaners to ensure high performance and morale.
• Manage and verify the completion of daily and nightly cleaning schedules and assigned tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and order all necessary cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Monitor labor hours and operational costs to ensure all tasks are completed within the site's budget.
• Enforce compliance with company uniform and PPE policies.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, professionally addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring the building is properly armed and secured.
