Clean Team is seeking a dedicated PM Site Manager for the Westlake location, supporting the American Greetings facility. You will lead daily cleaning operations, directly manage a team of cleaners, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

The role is full-time and on-site, requiring strong leadership, organization, and communication to meet quality and safety standards while reporting on operations to the manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labor hours and operational costs to ensure all tasks are completed within the site's budget.
• Enforce compliance with company uniform and PPE policies.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, professionally addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring the building is properly armed and secured.
