Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for the Westlake facility serving American Greetings. You will lead daily cleaning operations, manage a team of cleaners, and act as the primary on-site client contact to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role is full-time and on-site, emphasizing leadership, cost control, and client satisfaction in a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and provide ongoing support to a team of cleaners to ensure high performance and morale.
• Manage and verify the completion of daily and nightly cleaning schedules and assigned tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and order all necessary cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Monitor labor hours and operational costs to ensure all tasks are completed within the site's budget.
• Enforce compliance with company uniform and PPE policies.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, professionally addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring the building is properly armed and secured.
