EDGE Express Car Wash seeks a Site Manager to own all aspects of express car wash operations, from building a membership pipeline to coaching a 15+ person team, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years crew management experience in hospitality, service, or similar operations.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 3+ years restaurant or similar operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 15+ person team, hire/train/schedule, and foster accountability.
• Drive membership revenue with 10%+ conversion targets and consultative selling.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, maintenance, and guest service, while managing budgets and expenses.
