EDGE Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to drive membership sales while keeping operations smooth at a new location opening soon. You’ll close sales at the pay station, coach your team to upsell, and optimize labor efficiency in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service with sales/upselling experience.
• 1+ year in leadership (preferred).
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell car wash memberships at the pay station.
• Train and empower your team to upsell memberships and services (commissions rewarded).
• Monitor sales metrics, identify opportunities, and bring ideas to your manager to boost conversion rates.
• Lead by example: Your ability to sell directly impacts your bonuses and team success.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring labor efficiency and workflow smoothness.
• Resolve customer issues promptly—turning complaints into sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback to team members and assist with performance reviews focusing on sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, equipment repairs, and maintenance to optimize operational efficiency.
