EDGE Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to own all operations at a new location, driving membership conversion and coaching a 15+ person team. You’ll lead daily sales strategies, training, and data-driven adjustments to hit 10%+ conversion while ensuring top-tier customer experiences.

As the CEO of your site, you will hire, train, and supervise staff, own the P&L, and partner with corporate leaders to optimize safety, maintenance, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience in crew management, customer service, or restaurant/hospitality.
• Sales-driven with ability to coach a team to meet membership goals.
• Hands-on leader who can operate in front-of-house and tunnel/pay station.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team, hiring, training, and scheduling 15+ employees.
• Drive membership sales and optimize operational efficiency.
