Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and well-being, managing staff schedules, and fostering a warm environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in this field and will possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, recreational activities, and goal-setting for residents.
• Administer medications and ensure health and safety protocols.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staff schedules and complete necessary documentation.

Skills

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries
