Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a results-driven leader to own and optimize clinical engineering operations. You will oversee multi-site performance, budgets, and strategic initiatives while building and coaching a high-performing team across sites.

You will partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for inspections, drive uptime, compliance, and service excellence, and shape the organization with strong financial acumen and leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).

What You Need

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
• Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
