Job summary

Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Sr. Assistant Store Manager to oversee our Grand Prairie express tunnel location. You will lead and coach staff, ensure top customer service, and drive location performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training teams, resolving customer questions, communicating goals to staff, and stepping in for the Site Manager when needed. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in service industry preferred.
• Ability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, and deliver results through others.
• Proactive in developing and utilizing effective strategies to meet client and internal deadlines.
• Passionate about delivering superior customer service and driving location success.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff to achieve top performance and develop employees for future growth
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, problems, or complaints
• Communicate all company goals to branch staff
• Ensure the growth of the business and be committed to the company’s success
• Responsible for management of site in the absence of the normal Site Manager
• Responsible for communicating with SSC potential issues or site concerns with SSC staff
