Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Sr. Assistant Store Manager to oversee our Grand Prairie express tunnel location. You will lead and coach staff, ensure top customer service, and drive location performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training teams, resolving customer questions, communicating goals to staff, and stepping in for the Site Manager when needed. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Experience:

Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire a full-time Sr. Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of two years of customer service management experience to operate its brand new our state -of-the-art express tunnel car wash . The Assistant Store Manager is essential to the structure of the car wash, ensuring the highest level of customer service satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who wants to find a long-term career and grow with the company. If you have a good attitude and a strong work ethic, this might be the job for you. Strong attention to detail and seeing things through to completion are a must .

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ management experience; service industry experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, and get results through others
• Be proactive in developing and utilizing effective strategies to meet client and internal deadlines
• Be passionate about delivering superior customer service and take pride in driving location success
• Possess excellent listening, organization, problem solving, and follow-through skills
• Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Have computer proficiency and POS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay starting at: $18 .00 per hour, plus bonuses and commission
