Sud Daddee’z Carwash is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a high-volume express tunnel car wash. This role is the number-two on site, stepping in as site lead in the GM's absence while ensuring smooth tunnel operations and strong performance on membership and sales.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a shift-lead or supervisory role in service industries, with a focus on staff coaching, customer service, and reliable weekend/holiday availability.

Formación

• 1+ years of shift lead, key holder, or supervisor experience (car wash, retail, service, or hospitality)
• Ability to lead a small team and hold people accountable
• Comfortable selling to customers face to face
• Reliable, on time, and available to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to open and close the site
• Valid driver's license
• Physical: standing 8-10 hours, lifting 50 lbs regularly, working outdoors in all weather
• Car wash experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the site and run daily tunnel operations
• Lead shifts, train new hires, coach team members, uphold Sud Daddee'z standards
• Greet guests, sell memberships at the pay station, resolve concerns with the GM
• Drive membership sign-ups and retention, hit daily car count and ARM goals
• Handle cash drops, deposits, and end-of-day reporting, assist with scheduling and inventory counts
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic troubleshooting, report issues to the GM
