Randstad is seeking a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. This on-site role at a client location focuses on building relationships with hiring managers, understanding staffing needs, screening and interviewing candidates, and managing all aspects of the client workforce.

You will work as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, ensuring workforce solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in either high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations effectively.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Ability to identify customer needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges.

The Site Manager will work on-site at our client’s location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
