Job summary
NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for the Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance to ensure mission-ready aircraft.
You will oversee maintenance planning, execution, and return to service at the West Palm Beach hub, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet SLAs and safety standards. The role requires 10+ years in aviation maintenance, a Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Supply Chain, and strong leadership to drive performance and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Aircraft safety, quality and regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Strong understanding of MRO supply chains and business aviation operations.
- Proven leadership and staff/vendor development capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple teams and external partners to meet SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance planning, execution, and return to service for mission-ready aircraft.
- Lead Service Hub teams and manage external vendors to meet SLAs and performance goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Control Center and other internal stakeholders.
