Job summary

US Tool Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations at multiple automotive manufacturing sites, including Sharonville, OH; Livonia, MI; and Dearborn, MI. The role requires coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and ERP experience, with a focus on inventory control and cost savings initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations
• Address customer concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure employees are properly trained and working safely
• Extensive interaction with staff (scheduling, problem solving, evaluating performance)
• Interact with receiving personnel regarding incoming deliveries
• Investigate inventory discrepancies
• Report issues to the USTG Account Manager
• Interact with customers and suppliers regarding project management
• Participate in Cost Savings Program
• Manage inventory
• Assist with developing quotes as needed
• Manage customer reports – development, distribution, accuracy
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with customer
• Other duties assigned
