JBAndrews is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site construction and installation of industrial racking and high-bay warehousing across the United States. You will manage installation crews, subcontractors, and up to 100 personnel, coordinating with clients, engineering teams and authorities to deliver complex projects valued from $1M to $50M.

• 3+ years in site management or site supervision within industrial racking, ASRS, warehousing installations or structural steel construction.
• Proven experience managing installation teams, subcontractors and construction activities.
• Strong understanding of site safety, construction processes and engineering drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification and a construction management qualification are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Site Manager – Racking & High-Bay Warehousing

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in industrial racking, high-bay warehousing, ASRS installations or structural steel construction?

We are partnered with a leading US manufacturer and supplier of industrial storage solutions that is expanding its Site Operations team and looking to bring on experienced Site Managers to help support the continually growing business.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of major warehouse construction and installation projects across the United States, with individual project values ranging from $1 million to $50 million.

The Opportunity:

• Lead the on-site construction and installation of industrial racking, high-bay warehouse and automated storage structures.
• Manage installation crews and subcontractors, with up to 100 personnel on site.
• Take responsibility for project schedules, budgets, installation quality and safety compliance.
• Act as the primary on-site representative, coordinating with customers, engineering teams and relevant authorities.
• Oversee installation against engineering drawings, resolving technical challenges and managing changes as required.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in site management or site supervision within industrial racking, ASRS, warehousing installations or structural steel construction.
• Proven experience managing installation teams, subcontractors and construction activities.
• Strong understanding of site safety, construction processes and engineering drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification and a construction management qualification are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
