Job Summary:

The Site Manager oversees all on-site operations and staff, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with standards, and high service delivery. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, maintaining productive relationships with clients and staff.

No detailing experience required - we'll train you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of Aircraft Detailers, ensuring proper staffing, delegating duties, and overseeing operations including exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Training: Oversee new hire training and ongoing staff development.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and address employee achievement and safety.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with directors and management.
• Reporting: Submit daily reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies, safety, and security measures.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of related management experience or equivalent education.
• Problem-solving skills and high-quality work standards.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Pass TSA 10-year background check.
• Legal work status in the U.S.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather.
• Moderate noise typical of an airport setting.
