Job summary

Lloyd Management is seeking a professional, customer-focused Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multi-family properties in Sleepy Eye and New Ulm, MN. You will handle leasing, compliance and resident relations while coordinating with maintenance and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lease and show available units to prospective residents.
• Interview residents to help predetermine qualification.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquencies.
• Process affordable housing applications/certifications.
• Coordinate work orders and vendors with maintenance team.
• Update SharePoint site daily and run monthly workflows in Yardi Voyager.
• Provide after-hours liaison between tenants and property owners.
