Job summary

Lloyd Management seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Louis Park, MN. You will maintain the physical assets of our multifamily properties and perform building systems maintenance, unit repairs, drywall work, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical tasks.

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to handle confidential information.
• Available for after hour emergencies as needed.
