Job summary

Elevo is seeking an on-site Coach to lead K–8 students in structured activities and sports using our curriculum. You will partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment and role-model positive behavior.

The role requires experience in coaching or youth programs, ability to energize a group of up to 20 students, and a dependable schedule that aligns with school activity times. A high school diploma or GED is required, with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to stay calm and manage group dynamics around 20 students.
• Strong role-model presence and reliable attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports.
• Support positive student behavior and group dynamics.
• Coordinate with school staff and other coaches to create a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate consistent, energetic leadership and punctuality for planned activities.
• Adapt activities on the fly when plans shift and maintain safety protocols.
