Job summary

Elevo is seeking an On-site Before School Program Facilitator to lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo’s SEL curriculum. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 9:30am, totaling about 15 hours per week.

You will manage group dynamics, support positive student behavior, collaborate with school staff and fellow coaches, and serve as a positive role model for students, families, and school partners.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Comfort working with K–8 students in school-based programs.
• Ability to work as part of a team with school staff and other coaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
