Job summary

Elevo is seeking a Sports Coach to plan, organize, and run daily practices for students in grades 3–8, teaching traditional and non-traditional sports while reinforcing social-emotional learning.

You will supervise up to 20 students, promote teamwork, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. Experience coaching youth and basic First Aid/CPR are valued; eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth sports or working with students.
• Ability to educate and motivate students in athletics.
• Strong communication with parents and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct daily sports practices for students in grades 3–8.
• Teach traditional and non-traditional sports and emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Prepare students for games, organize competitions, and ensure participation for all.
• Promote social-emotional growth and monitor student well-being.
• Communicate practice schedules and progress with parents and staff.
• Ensure equipment safety and maintain an inclusive environment.
