Job summary

Elevo is hiring an after-school coach to guide K–8 students through engaging activities and sports using our SEL‑based curriculum. You’ll lead groups of up to 20 students,Model positive behavior, and partner with school staff to create a welcoming program environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–5:30pm, with paid training and ongoing professional development. Eligible to work in the U.S.; TB screening and Live Scan are required, and applicants must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to lead engaging activities with enthusiasm and energy.
• Strong communication and teamwork with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
