Opensity is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a client office in Nashville, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient administration. You will supervise staff, coordinate hiring, training, and scheduling, and act as the primary liaison between Opensity, employees, and the client.
The role requires a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at a client office. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which will include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Will be responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including hiring, recruiting, assignment of work, training and development of their professional skills.

The Compensation range for this role is up to 57,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
