Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Site Manager to lead imaging center operations with a team of professionals dedicated to quality patient care. You will hire, mentor, and oversee staff while maintaining compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in business administration or health care administration or six+ years radiology management experience.
  • Strong budgeting, financial statements, and clerical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; ability to interact with doctors, patients, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, mentor, and oversee imaging center staff and meet staffing goals.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and company policies are followed.
  • Develop and promote new business opportunities for the imaging center.
  • Oversee operating budgets and financial performance of the center.
  • Lead a team to achieve individual and unit goals, with professional conduct toward patients.

When you join RadNet as a Site Manager, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will
  • Hire qualified team members following approved protocols and HR guidelines, and maintain a minimal level of employee turnover.
  • Direct, mentor, and oversee all imaging center and department team members by setting clear and specific expectations/objectives and monitoring performance. Recognize and provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as appropriate.
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
  • Actively promote, recommend, and seek out new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
  • Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
  • Advocate change to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and effectively analyze performance against those budgets. Oversee the overall financial performance of the center/department.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and to alleviate staffing shortages (as applicable).
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency and ensure team members safeguard patient property and patient health information.
  • Responsible for safeguarding on‑site medications following company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements and ensure employee adherence to on‑site medication policies.
  • Ensure team members maintain respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on‑site or on patient portals.
  • Respond to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
  • Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions, including team members’ interactions with one another.
  • Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting, ensuring team members adhere to the same expectation.
  • Foster an environment that is nurturing and ensures cooperative and collaborative working relationships.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
  • Excellent management skills, including sales and customer service; public relations; strong time management; clerical skills; some bookkeeping; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of budget and financial statements; understanding of workers compensation billing needs; and possess basic medical‑related knowledge/skills.
  • Be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff and management.
  • Have previous experience at a similar volume medical facility mandatory, technical experience (imaging) a strong plus.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written communication.
  • Know state and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Know how to develop budgets, general computer skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Hold a four‑year degree in business administration or health care administration or have six plus years of experience in the radiology service industry and/or management experience, which is preferable.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 / Per Year
