Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Site Manager / Project Coordinator for a data center construction project in Haskell, TX. The role focuses on site startup, daily operations, and logistics to keep projects on track. You will support field teams, manage vendors, and oversee administrative staff across a multi-site environment.

The position is onsite in Haskell with a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation. Pay ranges $30.00–$45.00 per hour, with benefits and a contract-to-hire pathway depending on performance and

Site Manager / Project Coordinator

Oversee site startup, daily operations, logistics, and administrative functions for large-scale construction projects. Ensure site readiness, support field teams, coordinate vendors and personnel, and maintain efficient project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site mobilization, startup, and readiness activities.
• Manage trailers, office setup, utilities, internet, and site facilities.
• Support onboarding, badging, site access, and safety coordination.
• Oversee schedules, site operations, and administrative staff.
• Track timesheets, payroll support, invoices, and project costs.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement, travel, lodging, and site logistics.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and compliance.
• Support field teams by resolving operational and administrative issues.
• Manage third-party labor and vendor relationships.
• Communicate between field and office teams to keep projects running smoothly.

Must-Have Skills

• Construction project coordination or site administration experience.
• Site startup/mobilization and logistics coordination.
• Timesheet, invoice, payroll, and cost tracking experience.
• Vendor management, procurement, and purchasing support.
• Strong organization and document control skills.

Work Environment

• Onsite in Haskell, TX (training in Abilene, TX).
• Active data center construction project.
• Approximately 10 days on / 4 days off schedule.
• Opportunity to support future projects and take ownership of site operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haskell, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
