El Car Wash seeks a Site Manager to lead daily operations and drive site performance in Florida. You will own staffing, scheduling, and the customer experience while managing financial results and safety compliance.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, set standards, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability across the site. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsibilities
