El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. You will run the site in the manager's absence, support staffing, onboarding, and scheduling, and coach talent to grow future leaders.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business is a plus.
• Strong supervisory or shift management experience.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
