El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Miami to support the Site Manager by driving daily operations, staffing, and performance. You will recruit, onboard, schedule, and coach a capable team to deliver top-tier customer experiences each shift.

You will monitor daily metrics—sales, labor, inventory, and equipment—taking action to optimize results. The role expects hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and staffing to keep the site performing across all shifts.
• Build and onboard a reliable, high-performing team and schedule coverage.
• Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback and growth opportunities.
