Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager in Fort Lauderdale to lead daily operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will own staffing, scheduling, and financial results, setting the tone for a culture of excellence.

You’ll manage safety, equipment uptime, and data-driven decisions, building a collaborative environment, and ensuring accountable execution across the site.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a managerial role in car wash or service industries.
Strong talent development and succession planning.
Financial literacy: understanding labor, revenue, and costs.
Operational excellence balancing speed, safety, quality, and efficiency.
Ability to make decisions quickly when issues arise.
Culture builder fostering constructive conflict resolution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
Knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance, and safety or willingness to learn.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

What You'll Own

Run the business - Lead all day-to-day operations — staffing, scheduling, performance, and execution — to deliver a high-performing site.
Build and lead a winning team - Hire, train, coach, and develop your team to perform at a high level and grow within EL. Create succession depth — your best hire is the one you developed.
Deliver a standout customer experience - Set the standard for fast, friendly, and flawless service — resolving concerns quickly and turning moments into lasting loyalty.
Build collaborative culture - Create an environment where the team works together, handles conflict constructively, and holds each other to the standard without you having to manage every interaction.
Drive performance and results - Own sales, labor, and operational metrics — read the data, explain the variance, and take action before it becomes a pattern.
Lead with safety and compliance - Enforce all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for customers and team members at all times.
Own equipment and uptime - Maintain equipment, minimize downtime, and ensure everything is running reliably.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role — car wash, automotive, or service industry preferred
