Overview

The Site Manager has overall leadership responsibility for the ongoing operational support of three to five Fixed Radiology Imaging sites. The role includes developing and executing strategies for resource management, topline growth, and the patient experience within the sites, maintaining high staff performance standards across all sites, shifts, and modalities.

Responsibilities
  • Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and interprets the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a high performing operation.
  • Leads staff management, budget management, and maintains relationships with referring offices and ongoing customer service issues.
  • Reviews site activities and recommends or makes changes to better utilize facilities, services, or staff.
  • Monitors performance and profitability of services offered at the center and communicates in a timely manner to management if there are any issues that impact operations.
  • Provides ongoing and timely communication to management and staff regarding center performance, staff performance, events, and issues.
  • Maintains positive interactions at all times with payors, referring offices, patients, staff, and the radiologists.
  • Administers quality programs and meets or exceeds key quality and productivity measures in patient service, customer (referral) service, clinical programs, administrative functions, and service recovery.
  • Assists local management and sales team in maintaining relationships with outside referring physician offices via personal visits and/or ensuring highest quality of customer service functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
  • Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology, or customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor and influence large teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in handling multiple sites and in a service delivery role.

Physical Requirements

Standard office environment. More than 50% of the time: sit, stand, and walk. Repetitive movement of hands, arms, and legs. See, speak, and hear to be able to communicate with patients. Less than 50% of the time: stoop, kneel or crawl. Climb and balance. Carry and lift 10-20 pounds.
