Job summary

Spectrum Association Management seeks an Assistant Manager - Site Management to support divisional leadership, oversee daily site operations, and ensure compliance with codes and governing documents. This role engages with local leaders and mentors frontline teams to elevate service quality across communities.

You will drive customer satisfaction, manage fleet-related processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean record.
Familiarity with property codes and governing documents.
Proven experience leading teams and coordinating across divisions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure consistency across divisions.
Mentor Site Managers; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
Manage Fleet Management processes and vehicle records.
Maintain strong relationships with Board Members and respond to inquiries.
Coordinate with Division Leaders to align with strategic objectives.
