Job summary

ATS is seeking a Site Leader in New Jersey to drive safety, performance, and culture across the site. You will deploy the safety program, lead safety training and investigations, and champion cost-saving initiatives while aligning with ATS strategic objectives.

You will mentor teams, implement growth plans, and manage site operations, budgets, and customer relationships to meet performance targets and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or a related field preferred or seven years of operations / maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience with a strong focus on development of employees.
• Resilient and flexible, able to multitask and adapt to change while motivating others.

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for employee safety and wellness by deploying the ATS safety program and ensuring training, observations, and investigations.
• Implements and supports Beyond Zero initiatives to improve site safety.
• Leads with clear vision and strategic initiatives, aligning team actions with ATS goals.
• Develops and communicates a Skills Matrix and Technician Training Plan.
• Manages site performance, budget, and cross-functional relationships to fulfill objectives.
