Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 2–3 years skid steer, mini-excavator, and forklift experience.
• Clean driving record; must be insurable under company policy.
• Ability to use digital tracking tools for timekeeping and asset tracking.
• Deep understanding of OSHA load-securing standards and trailer safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport, haul, and unload heavy equipment using gooseneck trailers and dump trucks.
• Coordinate material deliveries to job sites with Crew Leads.
• Operate machinery to assist site prep and grading as needed.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and weekly maintenance on trucks and trailers.
• Maintain tool inventory and ensure gear is tracked and returned.
• Coordinate material pickups from vendors and nurseries, ensuring signed loads.
