Responsibilities

• Bookings & Site Coordination: Coordinate bookings and scheduling, communicate with hosts or site contacts, confirm access and site requirements, maintain visibility into upcoming bookings.
• Props & Site Readiness: Determine props/equipment, ensure staging and transportation, track missing or damaged items, arrange replenishment.
• Transportation & Vans: Coordinate vans and transport, ensure availability at times/locations, manage loading/unloading.
• Moving & Setup Services: Coordinate movers or vendors, provide clear instructions, ensure locations are set up and reset.
• Operational Coordination: Act as central point between operators, hosts, vendors, drivers, props teams, and internal stakeholders, resolve problems early.
• Workflow Improvement: Build repeatable processes, reduce manual work, create checklists and templates, help scale deployments into a reliable OS.
