Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to manage inventory and logistics for a divisional warehouse or large job site in Georgia. You will schedule inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with site leaders for material needs, and handle deliveries from the warehouse to job sites.

The role requires OSHA 10/First Aid training and at least 3 years in logistics or inventory/tracking. CDL is preferred but not required after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or inventory control for construction or industrial settings.
• OSHA 10, CPR & First Aid training or equivalent preferred.
• High attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
• Ensure team maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, sweeps, dusts, and mops.
• Oversee organization of connex and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.
