Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to manage inventory and scheduling for a divisional warehouse or large job site. The role involves inbound/outbound shipments, material coordination with site leaders, and transporting materials between sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of logistics or inventory experience, OSHA 10, CPR and First Aid certifications, and strong communication skills. Evening and overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED preferred.
• 3 years Logistics or inventory/tracking experience preferred.
• OSHA 10, CPR & First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
• Ensure team maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, sweeps, dusts, and mops.
• Oversee organization of connex and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
