Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. in Georgia seeks a dependable Material Handler to transport, load and unload materials, tools and equipment at job sites. You will report to the Logistics Manager and help ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory control.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, forklift and crane certifications within 30 days of hire, and experience with electrical materials. Night shifts and overtime may be required; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required.
• Forklift and crane certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with electrical materials and tools preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process requests and supply orders; pull materials, tools and equipment.
• Complete deliveries promptly to designated areas as directed by the Superintendent/Foreman.
• Maintain inventory sheets and communicate stocking levels to supervisors.
• Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provide quality service by following organization standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including shelves and pallets.
• Maintain clean material storage areas by adhering to procedures and rules.
• Complete reports by entering required information and sending to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
