Job summary

Ace Electric Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to manage inventory and lead inbound/outbound shipments at a divisional warehouse or large job site. You will coordinate with site leaders for material needs and handle deliveries between warehouse and job sites, reporting to the Division Manager.

The role requires OSHA 10, CDL preferred after 6 months, and 3 years of logistics or inventory experience. Expect a fast-paced environment with potential overtime, night shifts, weekends, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years Logistics or inventory/tracking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
• Ensure team maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, sweeps, dusts, and mops.
• Oversee organization of connex and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
