Job summary

GDH is seeking an on-site Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage deliveries, receive and store materials, and support shipment preparations within a data center environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, RTS transactions, and coordinating material movement while ensuring accuracy and safety. The role requires detail orientation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of inventory systems and cycle counting procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to elevate urgent issues appropriately.
• Availability to work on-site during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document physical and systematic delivery of devices and consumables to the data center.
• Ensure materials are securely stored and properly organized upon receipt.
• Expedite shipments and perform ad-hoc physical verification of materials in warehouses.
• Maintain storage areas to optimize accessibility and accuracy.
• Create physical project pallets for equipment and material movement.
• Coordinate the pulling, preparing, and shipping of materials to other sites or warehouses.
• Support and escalation urgent data center operational material requests.
• Conduct weekly inventory scans of devices and perform cycle counts based on ABC analysis schedule.
• Investigate and resolve onsite and warehouse inventory discrepancies.
• Manage return-to-stock (RTS) transactions both physically and systemically, including post-project unused materials and RTS rack transactions.

Publishing Pay Range:

$26.75 - $27.92 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
