Job summary

GDH is seeking a senior project/program manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale fiber optic network programs and projects, focusing on deployment and market expansion. You will ensure scope, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment while supporting market launches and operational readiness, with a hands-on in-market presence.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of senior project or program management experience in network or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale fiber optics deployment from planning through construction.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong risk mitigation, issue resolution, and resource management skills.
  • Financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and producing executive-ready updates.
  • In-market presence to support field activities and stakeholder alignment as needed.
  • Knowledge of utility permitting, right-of-way coordination, and construction sequencing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data management, business analytics, and performance reporting tools such as Power BI (preferred).

  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and project tracking metrics to monitor milestones, dependencies, costs, and performance indicators.
  • Manage project budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Conduct project status meetings and operational reviews, providing executive summaries and progress reports.
  • Identify resource requirements, project risks, and obstacles, proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring resolution within deadlines.
  • Oversee internal and external teams, including vendors and contractors, to meet quality standards and deliverables.
  • Communicate project plans, status updates, and risk management strategies to senior leadership regularly.
  • Collaborate with market and operations teams to coordinate build execution, launch activities, and milestone alignment.

Role Summary

Pay Range

Publishing Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually


This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
