Tekgence Inc. seeks a DC Operations Associate to support receiving, storage, and movement of materials in our Reno data center.

The role includes physically and systematically verifying deliveries, securing items, organizing storage areas for quick access, and coordinating shipments to other sites as needed. Inventory accuracy tasks such as cycle counts and weekly scans are expected, along with escalating urgent material issues and maintaining RTS processes.

• Receive deliveries in the data center — both physically and systematically — including:
• Receiving devices and consumables
• Ensuring materials are secured and stored appropriately at time of delivery
• Expedite shipments and perform ad-hoc physical material verification through warehouses.
• Maintain and organize storage areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Create physical project pallets as needed.
• Pull, prep, and coordinate shipment of materials for movement to other sites and warehouses.
• Support and appropriately escalates emergent DC Ops material requests and other urgent matters.
• Perform inventory accuracy activities, including:
• Weekly inventory scans (devices)
• Cycle counts within the inventory system per ABC analysis schedule
• Onsite and warehouse discrepancy deep dives
• Manage physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) processes, including:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Duration: 4.5 months
