Curia Albuquerque, a leader in pharmaceutical CDMO services, seeks a Site Training Specialist for the Sterile University learning team. You will plan and coordinate site-wide instructor-led training, manage LMS administration in Noverant, and ensure on-time training compliance across the site to support continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for site-wide instructor-led training programs, including scheduling, calendaring, communications, participant management, and training materials.
• Work with managers to ensure new hires are welcomed and assigned the correct curriculum.
• Sustain the new employee feedback strategy; gather and report trends and insights.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on GMPs and good documentation practices.
