Job summary

Prysmian USA seeks a senior Lean Transformation Leader to own the site-wide lean agenda at its Windham, CT location. You will drive transformational change, partner with the Site Director, and deliver real business impact through Lean initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

The role requires a proven track record in manufacturing Kaizen/CI, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, and standard work, with the ability to influence senior leaders and sustain improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; industrial engineering preferred.
• ,
• 3–5 years manufacturing leadership experience in Kaizen/Continuous Improvement.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in cost, throughput, and lead time.
• Expertise in value stream transformation, flow and pull systems, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, standard work, daily management, and visual systems.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive behavioral change, not just processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation agenda and site-wide lean roadmap.
• Partner with Site Director to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Drive measurable gains across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow and constraint removal.
• Build a pipeline of Lean leaders and embed Lean thinking into daily decisions.
