OnTrac in Spokane, WA is seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive performance in a fast-paced logistics environment. This onsite role reports to the General Manager and focuses on people, process, and culture to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality.

The position offers a base salary range of $84,000 to $105,000 with potential to $126,000, dependent on experience and internal equity, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience with last-mile or small parcel delivery is highly desirable.
• Experience negotiating with vendors/contractors and managing a team.

OnTrac is hiring a Site Leader in Spokane, WA!

Location: 4330 S. Grove Rd., Suite 200, Spokane, WA 99224. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 – 105,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $105,000 – 126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Employment Logistics:

As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the General Manager. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing andoptimizingthe day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel.
• The physical activity associated with this position is considered high. You will regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
• Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
