OnTrac is seeking a Site Leader for our Nashville, TN facility to provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient delivery execution and a strong customer experience.

The role requires guiding a mixed team of hourly and salaried staff, partnering with the General Manager to drive staffing, processes, and safety improvements, and adapting to business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience, 2+ years in similar industry.
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team.
• Strong organization and MS Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations; report results to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Coach, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management for hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability.

Location

Location: 3872 Logistics Way, Bldg B3, Antioch, TN 37013. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $79,800 – 99,750, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $99,750 – 119,700. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics

As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the General Manager. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

The Must-Haves

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
