Job summary

Eleven Recruiting seeks a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at its Seattle-area aerospace and defense site, supporting roughly 500 employees. The role combines design, analysis, and test work with strong P&L accountability as an independent cost center and close collaboration with Engineering and Program Management.

The ideal candidate has a BS (MS a plus), 15+ years in aerospace/defense operations, and proven program execution leadership across matrixed organizations, with Lean Six

Qualifications

• BS required; MS a plus.
• Proven leadership across engineering, program management and production.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site day-to-day leader with P&L-style ownership.
• Oversee design, analysis, and test-heavy operations in a matrix structure.
• Partner with Engineering and Program Management to drive development.
• Lead customer-facing activities, reviews (PDRs/CDRs) and proposals.
• Sign off on a high volume of proposals weekly.
• Grow toward multi-site oversight as the right fit emerges.
