Job summary

Cowboy Space Corp. is seeking a Senior Site Safety Manager to establish occupational safety leadership at our Seattle manufacturing facility. You’ll own safety compliance, training development, PPE protocols, and OSHA standards across build-out and operations. You report to the Safety Director and make autonomous decisions on HIGH-risk issues.

This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who builds safety systems, enforces standards, and holds people accountable across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace safety and compliance auditing.
• Proven ability to design competency-based training and verify performance.
• Hands-on safety leadership in high-hazard environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish on-site safety leadership and enforce standards.
• Make autonomous high-risk decisions to stop unsafe work.
• Lead PPE protocol development and enforcement.
• Develop and manage safety training programs and records.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on safety requirements.
