Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a General Manager to lead a tire recycling site in Johnston, SC. You will oversee collection, processing, and manufacturing operations, drive safety, cost control, productivity, and revenue growth.

This role requires hands-on leadership, P&L management, and building a high-performing team across operations, maintenance, and logistics. The General Manager is responsible for leading safety initiatives, managing budgets, and partnering with sales to achieve

Formación

• Five+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading safety, production, quality, and financials.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all site operations including tire collection, grading, processing, and maintenance.
• Own P&L and drive financial targets; control costs and grow revenue.
• Drive safety and environmental compliance; implement continuous improvement.
• Supervise daily site activities and manage feedstock, inventory, and logistics.
• Direct sales alignment with financial targets.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team and guide cross-functional collaboration.
