Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems at its Atlanta, GA site. This hands-on engineering leadership role drives safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while supporting business growth objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
10+ years of operations and engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
Experience with process improvement tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, yield, quality, and overall operational performance.
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce downtime, and improve throughput.
Establish and monitor KPIs to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Support new manufacturing process development.
Evaluate manufacturing readiness and capacity requirements.
Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
